Caribbean punch

Caribbean punch is a drink classic. You will definitely see it at every Antillean party. It's a nice and refreshing recipe for a special drink, and yet it's made like this!

It is a tasty 'spiked' punch with rum, orange liqueur and fruit. Because it contains a lot of alcohol, it is not for the little ones! Of course you can also make an alcohol-free version of this punch. As delicious as!



ingredients:

  • 150ml white rum
  • 150ml dark rum
  • 75ml orange liqueur
  • 350ml pineapple juice
  • 350ml of orange juice
  • 1 can pineapple pieces, incl. Syrup
  • the juice of 2 limes
  • 75ml grenadine syrup
  • 1 can of fruit cocktail incl. Syrup
  • for decoration:
  • ice
  • maraschino cherries / lemon or orange slices
  • * optional: 1 tablespoon angostura bitter

Caribbean punch preparation:

Be the first to mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except for the ice cubes and decoration.

While serving, fill a glass half full with ice cubes. Then pour a tablespoon of the punch on top and add a maraschino cherry if desired.

Finally, finish the glass with a slice of lemon or orange.
