Bolo di lamunchi – Lime pie

This bolo di lamunchi (lime pie) is a beautiful green pie with a wonderfully fresh taste. There is lime in both the cake and the cream cheese frosting, which gives this cake a delicious, distinct lime flavor.

You can make the cake in a lost afternoon. It tastes best when chilled, so the fresh lime flavor is extra good!

Ingredients:

In addition to (of course!) Lime, this mighty pie also includes butter and cream cheese. The latter is of course used for the wonderfully fresh frosting that goes over the cake. Together with the lime in both the cake and the frosting, the cream cheese ensures a nice and fresh whole.
