pork chop with pineapple sauce

door Linda Terrizzi

Porchòp (a misspelling of the English pork chop!) Is widely eaten in the Antilles. It is a beautiful piece of meat that is also quickly ready.

With the delicious pineapple sauce, even this humble pork chop becomes a true tropical sensation. You can eat the 'porchòp' with rice, funchi or, for example, noodles. The recipe for Porchop ku sous di Anasa can be found on page 136 of the cookbook'Nos Kushina Moderno'.
