These sweet currant buns are a traditional delicacy in the Antilles.

They are made from airy yeast dough with raisins and sugar. At every bakery or 'panederia' you can buy this pandushi and the pandushi di kokolishi find. You can find the recipe for this traditional pandushi in our cookbook, Nos Kushina Moderno.
