Peanut bonbons

Easy, easy, easy…. that's this recipe! And the result? Simply beautiful… as if you spent HOURS in the kitchen. With this recipe you can make about 20-25 chocolates.

Ingredients

  • 250gr. peanut butter (without pieces)
  • 50gr. butter
  • 250gr. powdered sugar
  • 200gr. dark chocolate
  • a cap of vanilla essence
  • 100gr. peanuts (unsalted)



Preparation

Bring the butter to room temperature and mix in a large bowl with the peanut butter.

Now add the vanilla essence and the icing sugar and stir well until you get a stiff mass.

Roll balls of the peanut butter mass (about 2CM diameter)

Melt the dark chocolate in a bain marie.



Always take one peanut butter ball on one satéprick and dip it briefly in the melted chocolate. Place the balls on a sheet of baking paper.

Chop the peanuts into coarse pieces (eg very briefly in a food processor) and sprinkle the balls with this.

Put the balls in the fridge for at least an hour so that the chocolate hardens again.
