A great way to use up an (over)ripe banana. Kind of like a banana smoothie for adults.
- 50ml Tia Maria
- 50ml brown rum
- 50ml whipped cream
- 1 ripe banana
- a block of dark chocolate
Put the ice cubes in a glass. Mix the Tia Maria, brown rum, whipped cream and banana in a blender and pour the mixture over the ice.
Scrape a piece of dark chocolate over the cocktail. Drink tasty!
