Bolo di ponche crema is one of the traditional Antillean cakes.

And let's be honest: what could be more Antillean than a delicious Ponche Crema cake? The base of the cake is a delicious butter cake that is filled with pudding based on the (homemade) drink Ponche Crema. Absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

In addition - how could it be otherwise - a large amount of ponche crema goes into the cake. You can buy this in the store under the name “ponche Kuba” or “ponche Caribe” (these are the most famous brands).
